We specialize in the design and nesting of components, seal design, and precision testing and programming experience. Our leak-test sealing techniques are designed for simplicity in function and ease in maintenance. We incorporate profile O-ring seals and flat pad seals whenever possible. Tooling and part nests are designed to provide error-proof loading, and positive, secure part positioning to ensure consistent clamping pressures as high sealing forces are applied.
